Our focus is to offer our UK and International landlords a bespoke service for lettings, management and sales within the UK. We consider landlords as personal acquaintances and offer a caring relationship for the management of their investment.
We are a member of TPO (The Property Ombudsman) and UKALA (The UK Association of Letting Agents).
Kilmers Limited is a member of the Client Money Protection Scheme, though monies are retained in a specific client account.
